I love creating bespoke hats for special occasions and really getting to know my clients in the process.
This year my business has been back to normal and Covid is becoming a distant memory. It's been really joyous for me to see my ladies really pulling out all the stops with their outfits and perhaps being 'braver' than they normal would be. We often think that fashion can be frivolous, but when dressing for a special occasion it does really mean something. It shows how important the occasion is to us and the other people involved, which is something I have witnessed more than ever this year.
What we wear should make us feel happy and if it is a celebratory occasion then millinery should enhance that feeling. With that in mind here are some of my favourite bespoke hats and headpieces from 2022 so far. Some are custom colours from my ready to wear collections and others are totally bespoke. I hope they inspire you for your next special event.
