This stunning photoshoot by Suzanne Johnson was a thrill to be involved in, with the end result full of romance and individuality. Our bespoke bridal crown and matching groom’s buttonhole completed the unconventional outfits and looked radiant against the spectacular landscape.
After falling in love with Christine Trewinnard’s exquisite couture wedding dress and sumptuous red velvet cape, it was a joy to design accessories to complement and set them off.
Our bridal crown is created with a sweeping wire frame, adorned with golden lace and a combination of guinea fowl, pheasant and cockerel feathers. The resulting rich colours, styled with the model’s loose romantic curls, mirrored the wild and rustic feel of this unique location.
The groom’s matching button-hole, complete with our signature feather, added an extra splash of colour and brought the looks together.
"I curated and shot this styled shoot based around the concept of a couple running away to the wild west of England to elope," says photographer Suzanne Johnson. "Colour themes of sumptuous crimson and gold with lush velvet textures are set against the rugged Cornish coastline."
